The flower box LST works by training your favorite plants to grow through the mesh shelf almost like a vine and allows us to grow plants in small areas with very good results. The low stress training method is nothing to be afraid of; it is extremely easy to bend your plants through a mesh shelf as they grow. No harm is done to the plants and their branches receive more sunlight which equals more fruit.
