Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. YES WE SHIP WORLDWIDE on most products

Q. What do I do if I need a repair?

A. We will repair any product you purchase from us for free as long as you provide enough money to pay for us to ship it back to you. We will not replace the case, only the structures inside the case i.e. fans, power adapters, wiring etc.

Q. Will your American 110v grow box work with my 220v European power outlets?

A. If your local power outlets use 220v you will need a 220v to 110v step-down converter along with an American to European plug adapter for the fans. These two items can both be purchased online for around $12.

Q.How soon will my pc grow box be sent?
A. Usually you will receive your product within 2 weeks from order date, but this depends on your shipping address and item ordered.

Q.Can you ensure me that ordering online from your site is safe?
A. Yes! Our merchant provider google.com and authorize.net handle all payment through a secure server.

Q. How do I know you won't keep my money and never send my grow box?
A. If we did not send goods, the news would spread quickly and we would end up without a business, which after all the hard work we've put into it, would be ridiculous. Also one of the main reasons that we put our business on the web is to provide the good, honest and efficient service that our customers deserve.

Q. How long will it take from the time my order is processed till I receive my grow box?
A. You will receive your grow box within 5-16 business days with standard FedEx ground shipping.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes we ship worldwide on most all products. Some larger items are too expensive to ship.

Q. Is it safe to use a credit card?
Absolutely. To protect you and your credit card information every time you shop at pcgrowcase.com, you are shopping on a secure server that encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address, and credit card number. No one here at pcgrowcase.com sees any information regarding your credit card.

Q. Can you actually grow plants with this new stealth grow box technology?
A. Yes, our system has been tried by many satisfied customers who have produced amazing results with little effort. Many have grown healthier plants than any previous method.

Q. How many plants can I grow in one grow box?
A. That depends on how large you want your plants to grow. On average you can grow 1-3 plants in one pc grow box. Our larger grow boxes you can grow up to 10.

Q. Do I need a lot of experience in order to grow with this system?
A. No you do not. We have designed this system so that it is very easy to use. All you need is water and soil and you are ready to grow healthy plants, just plug it in. We also provide customer support via phone or email.

Q. Will using this grow box have a big effect on my power bill?
A. We have designed this system to be as energy efficient as possible. Our grow boxes uses the newest innovations in energy efficiency. Our products use such little power that you will not notice any change in your power bill.

Q. Do you offer technical support on how to grow?
A. We currently offer full customer support service related to any questions you may have about growing.

Q. Is it legal to sell this product?
